I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I love this dental office. I get my braces done there and most of my family goes here. The dentist Dr. Kumar is great and really knows his stuff. He is very good at doing dental work without the pain. It is a good place to go if you fear the dentist because they are good. You do have to wait a bit sometimes...just like any other medical or dental office. I would not trade dentists or orthodontists for anything.
