My carpet is dirty but I have cleaned my carpet better using the cleaner from groceries store. The carpet is still dirty... I took pictures after it was cleaned because the area of the carpet that was clean because a rug was over it is now dirty. My son is coming over to clean it with the carpet cleaner from Publix. I wish I could upload picture, but the program wouldn't allow it. I will not use sears again. Waste of my money.

My roommate and I were very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning of our carpet. We have previously had it done by another company and was not impressed by their work. There was a tremendous difference in our carpet after Sears cleaned it. It looked, smelled, and felt clean. We have scheduled him to come back to clean our bedroom floors and to clean our sofas. Five Stars!!!! I definitely recommend this company
