This is one of the best companies that i have deal with, very professional and helpful I make it appointment and i requested the specific time and they did what they promised, Paul is one of the best techs very fast and well done, I will definitely will call Sears again.
I have two dogs and one had a accident, I call different companies and din’t had any openings, I call sears and they where busy but they help me and accommodate me for the same day they clean my carpet and i added more staff and they dint had any problem with it and they added deo + and it help sears and the team are the best I recommend them any time. When you have a emergency call them, they will help you. I guarantee it.
I had a emergency and they accommodated me for the next day, Paul was very professional and nice, he came to my house and was on time and he met all my expectations, I normally use a different company but now I will not change Sears I, have never dealt with someone so professional like Paul, great company, great people, and very professional, Paul you the best.
I have used Sears for years and they always show up on time, very friendly, courteous and they always do what ask and the cleaning is always done right , I’ll keep using Sears and I really recommend Sears if you want your carpets and upholstery clean right.
