Easy to set up an appointment - they call you with the date and time they will be coming. They text you letting you know that technician is on their way. Arrived in a timely basis based on what they advise you they would. Technician is nice and friendly and clean up after themselves - they took the time to explained things to you as to what is the issue, what they did to fix it and what to look out for. They engage you as part of the service team.
Don’t use this company, employees stole $200 in cash and a phone charger. Also broke headphones jack and port on laptop. Owner said he asked his two guys, they denied it. Of course people who steal, also lie. They stole, broke stuff, then lied about it, don’t use them, don’t trust them. Just added, also they stole my son’s AirPods, $265 to replace. The guys did a great job cleaning the dryer vent from outside the house and from the dryer itself. Third time I am using the service.
These guys not only saved me money but did the damn thing with my rugs. This is the second time I've used them and will continue to do so.
