I had my carpets cleaned 5/16/09 , I had all the rooms cleans and treated for stains at the time they offered me a maintance agreement, they told me I could have 2 more visits as i just had, sounded great to me. I called for my carpets to be cleaned as I had done before telling them I had the maintance agreement. They said no problem and came out, once they got there they tried to charge me for stain resistant treament, I told them i had the agreement but they said it didnt cover that and wanted another $85.
