Review is for upholstery cleaning of my two sofas. Scheduling: Customer service provided a quote of cost. I decided to give them a try based on them having the most affordable price than local company. Technician arrived on scheduled day within the time window I was given 8am-12pm but only to tell me the appointment would need to rescheduled since I had hardwood floors and he did not bring his tarp to hold his equipment from protecting the floor. Unprofessional, liars, broke our bathroom sink and will not admit to it. We made the mistake of asking them if we could leave while they finish up cleaning carpets of the house we moved out of. The house was empty so we saw no reason to worry. As we left they carried all of their equipment upstairs. Next thing we know our old property manager called telling us that the upstairs sink was cracked. It was not that way when we left the house.
