Misters Lee and Cruz were the most courteous, respectful, and explanative cleaning crew I have dealt with. My husband and I would be pleased to refer them for has cleaning. But......the customer service leaves little to be desired. 4 times they had our number down incorrectly and different each time. Thusly we missed a couple appointments until these two nice men showed up unexpectedly at our door. Glad that they came.
So glad to have had our ducts cleaned out after all these years! Thank you to Mr Lee and Mr Cruz for their professional explanations and the time spent getting us all taken care of. Well done!

Very displeased. Booked my carpet cleaning appt days in advance. Received a confirmation call the day before the cleaning saying Larry would call me the next morning to let me know what time the cleaners would arrive. Took the day off work and lost pay. Woke up bright and early and moved all the furniture out of my living room to make the cleaning easier for them. By 12:15pm, after I waited half the day, Larry called and said there were no Techs in my area to clean my carpet that day because they were booked. I’m angry. I wo... read more
