I have never been so thoroughly let down by any company in my entire life. I went to Sears for new tires, that I called to confirm were in stock 24 hours in advance. Showed up. Was told again that they were indeed, in stock. Waited 3 hours to find out that they were not in stock. During this time I also asked for an oil change and as compensation I would not be charge for the oil change. I consulted a manager who told me that my oil was changed...but guess what IT WASN'T.
