No one is ever available in the store and when you call they hang up on you.
I ordered tires thru amazon to have it installed there. Had to reschedule my appointment due to another commitment. I was simply unable to contact the store. Phone does not work. I tried for two days straight. When I was finally able to contact a 888 number, they could not do anything and told me the store would call me back in 10 min. Needless to say that never happened. So in the end I had to call Amazon to cancel the installation and I went to pick the tires up to install in another more dependable provider.
A life long customer. They have great advice, fair pricing and personal service. I have been a client here for 3 years and they are the best!

This is the worst Auto Center. I had scheduled an appointment for tire installation. When I showed up for my appointment the manager told me that my car could not be serviced due to being overbooked. They rescheduled for another day when showed up for second time, the manager told me the same (Sears Auto being over booked) and on the floor I could see very few cars (1-2) being serviced.
