Manager was very rude and unhelpful.
The service manager is a joke.
I took my car as scheduled by appointment for a licking transmission fluid. When I called that afternoon, I was told by Max that the technician was so busy that they will do it first hour in the morning. So I left the car overnight and left my cell phone number. The following day, I waited for somebody to call me but never heard anything. So around 5 PM, I called and was told they haven't done anything cause they are so busy. Called states we were 35 minutes out we wouldn't make cut off and they closed at 500pm. We arrived at 510pm on Sunday. The service guys stayed over so we could get our tire repaired. That's service!!
