This place sucks!! I will be having long conversation with Marcus, GM, Area Mgr and corporate. We made an 11am appt, told me it would take a couple of hours. Came back at 1pm. Truck hasnt been touched, not even on lift and was told they were out of wheel weights. Ordered them right then, at 1pm!!! You never even looked at my truck to know you were out, why werent these already here!!?!?! Now, waiting for these to show up, could take another 2 hours. Really? Def not a happy customer!! Drove all the way there for a 5PM appt and there was a handwritten note on the door they were closed. Could have called me. I'll go somewhere else.

Extremely slow, try to up sell services you don't need. 2hrs for an early morning oil change that was scheduled days in advance. 0 stars is more like it.
What a ripoff. Don't go here. They see out of state plates and try to get you for repairs you don't need. Plus, there prices are almost 2 times as much as everyone else in the area
