This is in regard to Sears Auto Center #6834, Manager: Anthony Wright. Customer Beware!!! Just returned home after spending almost 3 hrs there for what should have been an easy Warranty fulfillment. On my original receipt, it clearly states "36 Months Full Replacement Warranty" for the battery I purchased in 2016... stay away from this terrible dishonest place,i went to there for tie balance , after waiting over 2 hours for them to balance tie, I was told by a front desk guy that all of my 4 tires are bad , they will replace 4 tires for over $597.this crook was trying to rip me off.I walked away, went to another auto repair shop, had a honest mechanic checked my tires, he told me only two front need to be replaced, i paid $145 dollar to get two brand new ties. do not waste your money in this sears auto center, they are dishonest, overpr... read more

Last week I made an appointment with the Brandon, Florida Sears Auto Center to align all 4 wheels on my car and replace a worn tire (the outer tread was badly degraded). At a quick glance the remaining three tires appeared to be in reasonably good condition. However, that was not the case. After thanksgiving i went to sears at 9pm to buy my mechanic toolset box from 220pc. When i finaly got to the register thy had problems with thy'r register and can only accept credit cards, since i got a suncoast debit card thy say thy cannot run it , nor run it as debit ... so the person behind the register left off and let me w8 over 30 mins there and was still not back. Manager was RUDE, Technicians DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. – I was there on 2-7-12 to have an oil change for my new 2011 Lexus. At first, this dumb manager (his name is BOB) has no manner and no customer service. He didn't greet his customer or at least say hi. He typed his things in the computer and said the oil change is going to be close to $100.00. He said the reason is the car is new and its needs good oil. Awesome customer service – I have been a long time customer at Sears Auto in Brandon FL I always get excellent service and will continue to get all of my vehicles serviced there. On my last visit the service writer reminded me of some recomended services I had skipped and was able to get me caught up and keep my car on the road.

THE SERVICE TECH CRASHED MY CAR – I was waiting to get my oil changed for my car that I bought from DriveTime, and I have to go to Sears to get my oil changed because I get 3 free oil changes a year. They had my car up on the ramp along with another lady's car on the ramp next to mine, and the idiots working there backed both of our cars out at the same time and crashed them into each other.
