Looking for a place that is professional? Turn around because you've come to the wrong place. Came in on a schelded appointment and made me feel like I was arriving without an appointment 10 minutes before close. Rude.
If I could give them no stars I would. Scheduled an appointment at 2pm. Arrived on the dot, wasn't seen until 220. Had an online coupon for an oil change. Front desk and staff snickered while putting the coupon on my bill. Used a pint more oil than the coupon offered, which is totally understandable, but belittled me about it. Worst experience ever.
I will refuse to go back. Took forever and the service acted like every question we asked was incompitency. Highly priced, but they did recommend for rebates.
Not a pleasant experience. Scheduled alignment but they said can’t do it as short staffed would not it make sense to call ahead to let people know.
this place is terrible, the manager is rude and they don't take responsibility for what they've done! i wish i could give negative stars!!
