I was just hung up on by the online auto team because I was trying to figure out my warranty information and she seemed to have gotten frustrated and just hung up on me. Horrid customer service. My vehicle was brought in at the end of 2017 for 4 tires and 2 are destroyed after they alligned my truck 2x at the end if 2017. Now I'm being told they "might" replace my 2 tires but will not redo my alignment because it expired a FEW DAYS AGO yet I've been calling the store with no answer. Driving thru to Canada today it started snowing and they helped me out and squeezed my car in their busy schedule for snow tires and checked the brakes. Highly recommend team.
This place is open, not quite sure why its reported closed. Anyways, I always get amazing service at your Auto Center! I am sadden to learn this location with close in February. I wish all you guys the best and I hope you are able to bring your great auto work somewhere local!
