RecommendedI just happened in there and my wait time wasn't too bad. Staff were nice and friendly. I'm not sure if the rental customers would agree because people were coming in for the trucks but they didn't have any. That's technically not Sears' fault if other customers don't return their vehicles at their designated time. I am happy with my service.
I only came here because I had a Groupon deal, and I’ll never go back. I was early for my appointment , and they took FOUR HOURS to change my oil!!! I was stuck there with my four year old with nothing to do but wait!! They offered no explanation except that another car was having issues.. well even the owner of that car told them they could’ve stopped working on his car for 20 minutes to change my oil. They gave me coupons for free oil changes in the future, but I doubt I’ll return. I’ll stick with Jiffy Lube....
Price was right for the tires but it took them 3 .5 hr to change my tires out while I was waiting , hope I don't have to go back there for anything .
My elderly mother always went to this place to get air put in her tires, and she would always get treated well. But, today was far different. When she asked a technician to put air into her tires, he yelled at her argued with her and said he was the only one working and that he wasn't going to do it. The fact that he was the only technician may have been true, but my mother didn't deserve to be the recipient of his anger and bitterness. Ok I had an appointment at 10 yes I was about 5 minutes behind and Im still waiting 2 hours later . my car hasn't even been started on! My patience is getting very thin. They need to come on and put these darn tires on they want my money but can't do on time service! Come on people lets get it together! Before I don't return.
They charged me $20 to test and replace a battery I paid $135 for 6 months ago. I could have paid half that much at AutoZone and they would have replaced it for me at no charge and I guarantee you the battery would have lasted longer than 6
Terrible service appointments mean nothing. Took over two hours to put one new tire on. I am sure they put walkins ahead of me
