The worst customer service imaginable. I can see why Sears is a minor player soon to be a non-player in the retail game.
Questionable warranty especially if you have any work or maintenance done anywhere else. I will never go to Sears again far any automotive needs. Tires wore out in 26,000 miles and (50,000 mile "warranty") staff made us wait approx 20-30 minutes in queue before saying we needed to make an appointment to see Steve the manager the next day. Today is the next day and we have new tired purchased from our local mechanic who is HONEST. See Superior Automotive in Morgan Hill for good prices and good service!
I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I waited 35 minutes to get checked in, with a total of 3 hours to get my oil change. Not enough staff to help all the customers. Will not go back there again.
Not very punctual about their committed times. The time you spend in their queue is horrible both for drop off and pick up.
