Mom had to bring her car here for an overdue oil change. Thomas went above and beyond with easing her mind and getting her car needs met. Oil change and alignment service was performed. Thank you so much for taking care of my Mom and saving her some money! All the guys here are great and I will always recommend taking your car here.
Very nice staff but the wait time could be better. Even with an appt you may have to wait long just for an oil change. But they do a good job and I trust the mechanics.
Awesome people working there. Was shopping for tires and found an awesome deal with the help of Russ and within less than 48 hours my tires arrived. They took me in less than an hour before they closed and drove out of there a happy customer. Will definitely be back!
WAY UNDER STAFFED! 2 1/2 hour wait to have a flat tire fixed and air in tires...CRAZY! 2 1/2 hours later still have not gotten to my car! Finally get just air in tires and I will happily go elsewhere with my money to get the tire fixed. The waiting room is the most depressive and dirty place
Normally I brag on Sears but not this week. I waited just over 3 hours to get a car battery replaced and I didn't have the longest wait. The shop was way understaffed and the counter people were working in the shop to keep up with the demand.
Worst place to go will not go back .... thinking about filing for a refund
This really happened. This morning I wanted into Sears Automotive with a prepaid Groupon for a high mileage oil change. On time for the 8 AM appointment I made online yesterday. The acting manager on duty took the guy who walked in ahead of me - no appointment - and gave him my slot. When I said something, he responded with "Well, we have a problem then, cuz I have 1 guy and 2 appointments." Never looked at me.
