I been here over an hour and 1/2 just to get 1 new tire. Guy said it would be quick! Here I sit on a Sunday morning only because Discount Tires is closed😡🥵 I’ll never be back! When I ask how much longer the guy could have cared less!
I made an appointment for noon and when I got there I was told it would be 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours before they ever put my car up to do my oil change. I don't know why I even made an appointment
It was my first experience. I was extremely pleased with my service, and the staff was awesome!
This is by far the worst experience ever. Every single time I go in for road hazard or oil change it's always 2-4hrs of my day gone. The only reason I have to go there is discount tire is closed on Sundays and I had to have tires. Now I'm stuck in hell til tires are done
