They're ok. I had some tires balanced, and the TPMS sensor was bad in on tire, but they didn't tell me so. They handed me the keys and acted like the job was complete, but it wasn't, and initially I drove away. I had a TPMS warning light illuminated on my dashboard following the initial tire balancing, so I had to go back and wait on repairs, twice! I hate that it wasn't fixed the first time it was serviced, and I am here, 3.5 hours later, and counting. I will be lucky if I am only here 4 hours, today.

So after work and a hard day yesterday I want to give a shoot to Chris and Ron if you ever need help at sears they are the men to see!! Pouring down rain. We got Natalie a new pair of shoes and I get to pick her up after her pedicure tomorrow! Thank you Chris for picking out her shoes and thank you Ron for staying open and taking her in!
I've never had a bad experience going to Sears Auto, from NY to SC....just went for an oil change and a tire rotation, others were ahead of me and was told it would be an hour...that gave me a chance to do other things in that time, so I didn't mind...they called when they were finished and I returned to get my car after I was done with other things...the guys were great!!!
Worst service every time i come here! I had an appt at 11 am, dude said it would take 45 mins-1hour. And im still here waiting at almost 2 freaking hours now. All im getting is a BASIC OIL CHANGE. I coulda changed it myself by now! I will let everyone know not to come here.
