Consistently good, trustworthy service. I’ve gone there for years.
We have a small auto glass company and everyone at the Auto Center in Sears has done a great job taking care of any auto needs that we have.
They do great service. Pricing is also excellent, as they will price match.
For a company on the brink of going under I was shocked by the lack of customer service when I walked in for an oil change. I am willing to pay more money for some greeting when I walk into a representation of customer service in any form.
These guys know their stuff. I love that I can schedule an appointment with them or walk in and they will find a way to fit me in. They do a fantastic job on my vehicle services as well as tires. I highly recommend them.
They had replaced my brake pads, rotors and sway bars a while back. The brakes started to squeak so I brought it in. They said it all looked fine so they just did "maintenance" on them and sent me on my way. They started squeaking again immediately. I took it in again and they said it all looked fine but they would go ahead and replace the pads and rotate the rotors. 3 hours later I get to leave. Within 10 min of driving the brakes are still squeaking!!!! I can't keep coming up there! So frustrated!!!!!
What's the point of making an appointment if it takes you 40 minutes to pull my car in ugh. And the workers in office are terrible. only good thing is the price. Other than that. No. Just no.
I made the mistake of using a different auto center for a simple oil change. The place I went to jerri-rigged the drain plug with silicone for some unknown reason. This morning my jeep was leaking quite a bit of oil. We went to Sears where Tony and Todd immediately figured out the problem and fixed everything for me. Sears has my business from now on. Thank you Tony and Todd!
