I love Sears Auto Center and the person was vey nice
been coming here for years, never have a problem!! Until my last visit ..problem not fixed, the service at this place has definitely changed for the worse
How is that I drop off my car, they never call or leave a message to tell me to pick it up, then they close and now I'm left stuck, late at night, miles away from home! Horrible! Horrible customer service.
Second time I have a bad experience. I have been coming here for years but lately their service is shady. Spent 1k on a simple spark plug change. Then something went wrong, then again and finally "I don't know what's wrong with your truck." Took it to Ford, they fixed it. Now I came to get a simple oil change and they said my alignment is bad. I did not feel my car swerving but I said you know what? Fix it. Now my car is swerving to the right. I'm back here an hour later getting it fixed.. Again! I don't mind paying for serv... read more
