Worst service center in the country. Went in for noise in the front and was told it was a brake issue. Paid for the work and after spending 3 hours waiting the noise is still there. They also broke a bolt for my front tire when they were checking the car and would not own up to it. Told me to just go to an auto parts store and get a new one. Beyond disgusted with this place.
Super slow service. Expect to waste a whole day
If I could leave a negative star I would. I'm receiving emails from them and I don't live near the place, don't own a Cadillac, let alone my name is not Willfredo. How can a service tech desk jockey not realize that the email this guy doesn't belong to him. So, Willfredo, better update that info... please.
3 hours to do a oil change,, not the first time,,this guys get pay buy hour,, lot of customer leave,, even if you get an appointment, what is the difference..

Horrible service. They took my car. They called me one hour later to tell me that they wouldn't repair it. They made me lost two hours of my time. Take your money somewhere else!!!
No es justo , vengo el sabado a buscat kas llantas para mi carro ,saco un turno para el domingo ,llego alas 10am me dicen 2 horas , vengo a recogerlo ala 12:58 y me dicen que no tienen las llantas que recién fue el mánager a buscarlas ,y por que no me llamaron para regresar otro dia,tengo que venir para que me digan que no las tienen,no saben trabajar o no estan poniendo interés en el trabajo.como cliente me siento muy molesta ya que tengo que trabajar alas 2 de la tarde.
