RecommendedI've always liked Sears, Johnny Flores always treats us as best he can, makes sure we are satisfied and always greets us with a smile! This past two weeks I've been having trouble with my battery, took it in just so they could tell me if it was good, Johnny wasn't there, so this man with a red shirt was so rude. Told me I had to wait 3 hours before they could check it. I didn't get his name but he had been rude before. No common courtesy at all. That's just ugly !

The service was very polite and professional. I used a Groupon coupon for the 1st time and they knew exactly what it was. I was a bit surprised that my windshield washer fluid was not refilled since it is usually a standard when I get my oil changed at other places. Not a big deal but it also makes me wonder about other stuff getting checked. Let the waiting room had on news & was fairly quiet to do my work while I waited. What can I say, it was an oil change. I assume all went well because my car is still on and driving :).
I had triple J install 4 new tie rod ends on my truck,then I called for a quote from Sears to adjust them,they quoted about $80,so I drive over there to get it done,the guy tells me that because I have an older Ford I will need to pay an extra $150 for some kind of kit.,I was pissed off and walked out,called Firestone and they had no trouble doing what I wanted and they never once tried to sell me something I didn't NEED!
