I had the best experience there , someone put my breaks on wrong and had me driving around like that my life could have ended. they fixed it right away yes it was pricey but it was all worth it . And they do inspection for cheap.
Guy at register was drunk. Completely out of it. Took over and hour just for him to get us the wrong tires and then again then rang up wrong tires / wrong price, till we got a different guy to start all over.
Review has been edited; so I was told by the manager chas that his boss Adam would be in and he would speak to him about the issue. The amount of professionalism from the managing staff at this location is awesome. But the staff actually doing the work is a waste. Adam fixed the issue and over watched the repair himself and made sure everything was ok the management gets the 4 stars the understaffs get 2.
Took the car for state inspection after 1 hour 45 minutes i'm told car passed emission test everything else good put back tires have cracks in them. I'm given three quotes for tires, I tell them i have tires. I'm then told i can pay balance go get tires changed then come back if tires pass pay $2.00 for inspection sticker.I say sounds great. So I do that gone about 1 hour 20 minutes. Come back see the same person i spoke to earlier, He now tells me it will cost $25.43 for new Inspection. And that he never told me $2.00 for s... read more
2 hours to install 2 tires. Had an appointment at 11:00am. As of noon they hadn't even brought the car in.
