Went to sears on Saturday (June 6,2015) Worst experience ever.....I made appointment for 10:00am Oil change, you will not believe what time I left 12.00pm, really. Call corporate, but it was a Call Center, was not able to give me a discount. To add insult to a bad situation, I can't email company, I will have to mail my complaint. Now I will have to buy a stamp. Never go to that location unless you have time or will be spending at least 4 hours, waiting. #consideryourselfwarn
