I don't post a lot of reviews here, but I feel people should know how this organization operates before setting up a $140 appointment. I would *not* use this business (or any Sear's appliance repair shop) again, under any circumstance. Sears Applicance repair is as much of a scam as something possibly can be while still doing actual repair work. Can they diagnose and fix a repairable appliance? Yes.
