The technician came, listened and then went to work on our washer machine, saw the problem, fixed it and was done in no time at all and it works.
They came out same day placed the order for the dryer part…(we had to pay in advance) they said around 3 Business days for the part. it has been weeks, pushing a month and I cannot contact an actual person to get a refund and cancel
