Never showed up to repair dishwasher. Why are you billing me? I have a warranty on the dishwasher through your company. I want someone out here no later than 1 Apr 2026 between 8-12 or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have been without a dishwasher since 28 Jan 2026 (62 days). This is the worst service I have ever in my 72 years of living.
Terrance was professional, on time and very customer friendly. If I need repairs in the future, I hope Terrance will be assiged the job!

Terrence was great - knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed the issue.
I would stay away from this service provided. They “ONLY” use “AI” as others have mentioned. You don’t get a phone call prior to arrival. You may on occasion get a text or email. The arrival time is garbage, the tech is a random show between the hours of 8am-3pm…..which is the schedule and then they show up at 4pm no call no warning. Whomever bought the Sears name is making it a mockery of what it used to be. Do not hire….ever. There are many other reputable appliance repair companies than this.
