Do NOT get the Sears Home Warranty Plan they try to sell you. They will not give you the discounts you are owed. At this point they've scammed me out of nearly $1000, which I feel embarrassed to admit but I hope helps save someone else. It's impossible to talk to a person in order to resolve the problem because they're doing everything with AI.
