No one showed up. This is the worst company ever!!!
On time and knowledgeable. Fair price
Your service men are great, which is why we initally signed up for your service agreement in 2023. Once we tried to used it in 8/25 we learned you have NO staff to talk to and your AI bot is dumber than a fence post. It is impossilbe to do business with you which is why we canceled our agreement. It's a shame as your appliance people are really good. And BTW- they tell us they can't get in touch with you any easier than we can. You guys need to take at hard look at business practices.
Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous
After 4 canceled appointments by the service person, I finally had my A/C looked at. My issue is with the day of cancelation four times in a row! Also, I was supposed to receive the result of the service the day of or following day as stated by the service person but still no report 3 days later!
