The technician was very nice, friendly and professional but my refrigerator still is freezing everything. My refrigerator is very old, and I think I need a tech who's had some experience with older models.
The technician, Richard, was amazing. Please reward him—he fixed my refrigerator ice maker issue that had been lingering for over 7 montHa. I must also inform that the Sears Home Service call people did a lousy job in taking care of my issues and wasted over 20 days for the parts and technicians to arrive.
He came on time. Listen to my concerns and quickly resolved the issue.

Repair itself was fine - scheduling was infuriating and ridiculous. I started on AUGUST 6 with an August 8 appointment, was called to say a part was needed, so they Sears rescheduled to August 15. Tech came but without part. Said he'd be back the following Monday. No show and I got an email saying I wasn't home - but I sure was. You cannot get a person on customer service for love or money until I found a number on Reddit (of all places), spoke with a person, got it rescheduled, and again no show.
