Very professional and knowledgeable
I called this morning and they told me they could come and look at my refrigerator by 6 pm. Around 1 pm or so the link updated and said they would come between 3 and 4:17 pm. At 5:00 pm I called for an update, and I was told they put in a request to the service team for an update. It never updated. At 6:30 I called and was told to wait until 7, that he was still on his way. Then at 7 I called and was told that he was no longer on the road.
