Ronald was personable and able to perform the repair to our washing machine quickly My only complaint was that the intake was completely AI. That was not a good experience

When I explained what was happening all I got was the panel board needed to be replaced, which would cost over seven hundred dollars I only paid four hundred for the machine. I feel something else should have been checked, hoses etc.To come to the most expensive evacuation wasn’t right, knowing that sears would get paid, your diagnosis fee, regardless of having my washer repaired or not, is also unfair to your customers….
Tech was here exactly on time, seemed to understand my dishwasher problem - got it to clear the stinky water stuck in the bottom. Unfortunately the part to repair is about as much as a new dishwasher, so I'm getting a new one!
