He was terrific. Straight to the point and got it done quickly and I did not have to wait all day for him to show up.
For starters I was very impressed to see that Sears has female repair technicians on their staff. The tech that came to my house did a wonderful job of troubleshooting the problem with my washing machine and fixing it. Then she set out all my options for ordering new parts for a future problem that she sees down the line, i.e. joining Sears' service program, like paying for insurance in advance, or simply paying for what was done today.
