Over two months waiting for parts. And when they finally arrived the color was wrong. Have a white freezer and they delivered a silver door. It's kept in the garage so I'm not to worried about that.. Now the service technician was A number 1 would recommend him to do all the work on my appliances.
The service center is terrible. Unable to speak to a live person ever is extremely frustrating. This may pusuade me to never use sears service again. The 8-5 window is beyond understanding. The night before, techs must know where they start their day...really?? Totally unreasonable and uncomprehendible in this day and age!! No updates provided ALL DAY! The worst service center ever! You're obviously busy. Hire people who can help the person at home waiting ALL DAY for the service to be performed. Tech was friendly and polite... read more
