Excellent service. Brian came diagnosed the problem and drove and hr to get the part. He came back and installed it in no time. My refrigerator is now making ice again.
Avery was polite, professional, friendly, and provided a great service! He was able to diagnose the problems and explain my options. He did a great job! I will definitely use this service again.
The Sears serviceman, Brian, installed the parts but the refrigerator wasn’t cooling and hours later he was called and said he would come the following day to check on it, but didn’t. The refrigerator is still warm. I have called him numerous times and sent texts but Verizon states the phone is now unavailable. The first time I called without an answer I received a text, “send a text”. I have since sent 3 texts without any answers. This is a warranty issue. What will Sears do now? Fred Conroy
