Kevin is awesome and a very good tech. Why I put one star is because it took two months to complete... all the missed days of work due to mis communication with Sears as a company....There were many cancellations on Sears part and just there overall operations logistically lack a professional act of operations. All this time it was a bad exhaust fan that also damaged the mother board. My dishwasher had to be taken apart multiple times unnecessary in my opinion and experience. Epic fail. Had a dryer that wasn't working. Called what appeared was a local company, but was a call center. Talked with an AI robot and was given a 9 hour window for when they would arrive. Two Sears technicians arrived and identified the issue. Earliest they could repair the simple issue was in 3 weeks. That's ridiculous. I paid the base charge of $129. Found a local company that could fix the simple issue the next day. I called the service number requesting a refund for wasting my time. Spoke with someone who barely spoke... read more

He did everything he needed to do to find out the washer was not broken.
Highly recommend! The guys came out figured out the refrigerator issue and got me fixed/back up and running!
