The service provided by technician Kossivi was completely unacceptable. He will not be allowed in our home again, nor will he service any of our appliances. I expect a call from his manager regarding this matter. During the second visit for a Sears Home Warranty service call, the warranty department confirmed there were no pre-existing issues, which was noted on the work order.
