Tried calling to get a quote for appliance repair. After going through the typical automated menu, I got an AI version that told me to call a different number to talk to a real person. I will NEVER call these people again and will not recommend anyone else does as well.
I've had an excellent experience with Sears Appliance Repair! The team was very friendly and provided great customer service. They were reliable, knowledgeable, and fixed my appliance efficiently. It's reassuring to work with a company that's been around forever and truly knows what they're doing. Highly recommend!

Hired them to fix a dishwasher for my tenants. Dale was over an hour late to the 9 hour window, then left before starting because he didn't have payment when all he had to do was call me for it, which he never attempted! Word from the tenants was that he was also very rude.
