Shane arrived on time. Initially he did not know what he was working on, even though I gave that info in the service request. I even provided photos of the model # and serial # in a photo. He determined the error was most likely a control board. He looked up the model # and told me the control board was no longer available. Muy mal servicio, el tecnico solo la encendió sin revisar nada más y me.dijo que había que cambiar la computadora, como sabe si ni siquiera la abrió a ver si era un fusible o algun cable?
