Technician came out and assessed the problem and ordered the part. Came back and replaced the part and now the ice machine is pouring water into the ice tray. Done! Payed too much. Should have used someone local.
Brandon and his partner were very nice and efficient. They corrected my problem within about 15 minutes. They did a great job.
