The tech was hands down 5 stars . So polite and helpful. The company itself was alot of chat bots and hard to speak with anyone , and the availability was crazy they were ready to make me wait 3 weeks with no stove / oven on "parts" that got delivered to ME 2 days after the tech left . But when I finally got someone they magically found a sooner appointment and had it fixed quick

Benjamin was very cordial and knowledgeable. He was not able yo reair otr reftigerator, but gave us some good advice on what we could do. We would give him a five- star rating. However, we are not at all pleased with the AI Sears Automated Repair Services. It lacks the friendly personal feeling that only a "human" voice could provide. Also, there was no "live body" to answer any questions, or in case of any emergency the customer may have encountered prior to Bejamin's arrival.
