Repairman never showed up I know I have to wait until 20 August to get a refrigerator fixed that won’t even turn on.
Warranty work to replace fridge doors damaged in transit… the doors that were sent as replacements were not the correct doors and he installed anyway and then told me the handles wouldn’t go bad n and new screws were needed…. The correct doors were needed!! Terrible. He came on Friday and clearly didn’t want to be there or take the time to do anything correctly. Doors were not level and there was an alert going off and he didn’t take any of the plastic wrap off… disappointing through and through
Noone showed up or bothered calling
The service man was perfectly nice, but he had not received any of the information I had provided previously. I was told he would bring the parts to repair it. He had no parts and no service van with parts. He was driving a rental car provided for him. He hadn’t even been told it was a beverage / wine fridge he’d be working on. I had provided model and serial numbers when the appointment was scheduled. He left with nothing repaired and said he would put the information in from his assessment.
