Worse experience ever. He lied about coming into my home on several occasions and was not helpful at all. Also, he and his other coworkers are incompetent. The wrong parts were ordered and none of my appliances are working properly!Would not recommend!
The Sears repairman, Jarius, who came to my house was not only very nice and polite, he was also very knowledgeable and quick to get on with his job. He discovered my problem and answered some other questions I had. I was most pleased.
Vernon was very nice. I contacted Sears about my Kenmore dryer. Agreement was if I did not take his repairs I would pay $99 for the service call and if I did take his repairs, the $99 would be waived. I was going to take his repairs but parts could not be gotten. I ended up paying $127. Ended up I had to buy new dryer. Needless to say, I won't be calling for repairs from Sears anymore.
