Mitchell is always great! Polite, knowledgable, and speedy. Our 140lb dog also is a great judge of character and whines excitement looking out the front window when he arrives. "BFF just got here"
The service men are friendly and informative. The problem is the AI answering service. It is hard to schedule an appointment, get confirmation and make sure that the serviceman know why he is coming to repair your appliances.
