My refrigerator was not fixed! It does not cool. This was the original problem the technician came to fix. It is very difficult to reach any one to talk to. My refrigerator has been down about 3 weeks now; I may have to look elsewhere for help.

Excellent and professional service provider. He explained everything in detail on what he was gonna do prior to doing it. Then after he finished, he explained what he did. He then went out and talked to the service provider main office he came back in and he told me exactly what he was doing there. He did an excellent job today on my dishwasher. I appreciate their services for me today.
It was nice to finally get a workman here after troubles w/scheduling. He called ahead to let us know what time he would arrive, got right to work, showed me the problem and replaced the part. Had me sign and left - all in a very short perion of time.
The technician is very proficient. He answered all my questions patiently. Awesome personality
