Very professional and courteous. Took care of the issues in a timely manner!
Ryan the technician never showed up today. And made a statement that I was aggressive and a bunch of other lies. This man should never be in anyone's home to repair anything after the way he talked to me. I would like to speak to the top person who is above this Ryan technician. I would give him a zero if I could. This is the fifth appointment that Sears has never shown up and I waited from 8:00 to 5:00 each day for them not to show up.
Technician was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend him!
