Experience was outstanding. The new washer was installed quickly and efficiently. It works very well. We have called Sears for repair before, and have had great luck. We always start with Sears Appliance Repair.
No stars. This was the worst repair experience of my life. Suffered through seven appointments when the technicians came without documents, ordered the wrong parts, changed times without informing us or simply did not show up. I spent $500 on parts, a return that has not been processed. I finally cancelled and had a local guy with his own repair business, he cleaned the machine and fixed the problem for $149.
