Paul is great timely, nice personality.
Service technician was great. The actual company is not. You cannot get a live person and any thing you call or go onto the site to do is all pre generated questions with only options for answers. Completely ridiculous! But again the technician was prompt, informative and nice.
Gentlemen came out, was super professional and nice. Worked quickly and cleaned up when he was done!
