Paul was great. Called me ahead of time and let us know when he’d be coming. Although nothing required fixing this time let us know what to watch out for.
We were charged twice for the service repair and parts - once to our checking and once to our Visa. How do we get a refund for double billing?
When calling customer service it’s pathetic. Very displeased with the service. Had to call three times to have a person come out. The technician was fantastic and deserves a five.
