5 stars for my technician, 1 star for Sears as they give a 12+ hour window and then they cancelled mid day from my first scheduled appointment!! That was extremely no bueno. Technician was awesome. And there is no phone number to get a live agent!!! Again - not ok!!! My reviews have over 1/4 BILLION views and get over 500,000 daily views. Sears - heed my words
James was an EXCELLENT Technician! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Kept me updated via cell phone of his ETA each time he came for my repair. Can’t say the same about the Service Center. They utilize AI Technicians, NOT HUMANS, so you don’t get answers to the questions you may have!!!!
