The technician actual service repair was great but the scheduling was the worst! First we were given a time frame of 8am-5pm. Much too big a window and then the technician did not arrive until 6pm. When I tried to contact the company to get clarity I was only able to talk to a computer and was only given the option of cancel or reschedule my service. Johnny did an awesome job! Knew right away what was wrong and got us all fixed up. Very kind and professional guy. Top notch.
The technician was so professional and knew exactly what needed to be fixed and made sure I knew his procedure to make the correct repair Excellent service
