Was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I got an honest estimate from a very knowledgeable service tech. My washing machine control board was fried. He gave a quote to fix it. I decided just to get a new machine. I would definitely use Sears repair again!
He was very thorough in detecting what was wrong with my oven. But until I get my fuse breaker replaced, which will be on Wednesday the 10th he needs to come back to finish the diagnosis..
Service tech was outstanding. The price your company charges is ridiculously expensive.
