The technician was okay, but the fact that they couldn't do a line reset was frustrating. Our home warranty company was who sent Sears Home Services, we did not choose them. The repair technician knew on the first day what the problem probably was. She then said that she would have to make a follow-up appointment. Scheduled it for over a week and half later. Do not waste your time! Is scheduled repair and everything seems smooth until they do not show up and you wasted your time waiting for a technician that never arrived. Also there’s no real person scheduling nor any recourse to call to find any details. Another robocompany that just can’t get the basics of customer service right. I do not recommend it and would highly encourage you to seek another service provider.
