Our tech, Mr.Linus, was on time. Courteous, Professional, and Knowledgeable. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty on my dryer, so I didn't have to pay anything. I like A & E Factory Services😉
I was charged a fee of $115.00 by Sears Home Service for a diagnostic fee for a dishwasher repair. My Dishwasher was never diagnosed. Sears Home Service insist on payment for nothing diagnose or repaired. Highly dissatisfied with Sears Home Service.
Tyler was very pleasant, informative, diagnosed our refrigerator's problem in a very short amount of time.
