Jacob was a good tech he came to what he was instructed to do and did it well, however the washer still leaked and I'm not blaming him, cuz it was not his fault, but sears repair service system in General is absolute shit, when I called in about this. You can't talk to a human. And they didn't even send a tech out to look they asked me what I thought it was and I told then the obvious but I'm not a tech. I think my service guy was inexperienced but nice. You need to spend more time training new mechanics because SEARS HAS ALWAYS BEEN KNIWN AS THE BEST.
Service tech was good at what he did but as far as communication from Sears, it took three times and five calls just a big inconvenience when I could’ve been doing other things, but the job finally got done and service tech was good. I got the job done.
As for my technician Jacob - he was great. As for how the overall scheduling and how it was handled by your absolutely terrible AI person...It was the worst service I have received with SEARS Appliance repair in more than 15 years I have been working with AHS. AI kept changing the days and times of the appointments - even after we waited all day for the repairman to show up and didn't on multiple occasions. Between my husband and I, during a one week period, we received approximately 40 texts and 25 emails all from your AI. ... read more
