The technician did a very good job, no issues with the technician. However Sears repair, rescheduled my repair, 8 working days in a row. Cancelling each day at 11:01 and rescheduling to the next working day. Each day I received multiple texts, emails and phone calls from the company, all AI generated. There is no way to talk to an agent with this company. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced
Benjamin V. was my appliance repair person, and he was terrible. This guy ripped my dryer hose moving my dryer without disconnecting it. He didn't tell me that he had done so either, I noticed it and alerted him. He did not apologize, just said he could tape it up for me. He then attempted to use electrical tape to, I kid you not, tie a knot around the hose to fix it? When that didnt work he moved the dryer back against the wall and acted like it was fixed.
