Absolutely infuriating service. Endless loop of chat bots and AI phone calls. Ultimately impossible to get service report and ended up having to call a different service.
We had a Frigidaire refrigerator stop cooling properly 8 months after purchasing it from Home Depot. Going to the Frigidaire website, it guides you to set up an appointment with Sears Home Services. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy. On the first scheduled appointment, the technician did arrive and did a good job diagnosing the problem, which was a faulty compressor. Did not provide receipt despite 3 separate requests. Also charged $150/hr for labor, very inconsistent with market rates.
