I arranged a service visit because my refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. The technician arrived on time and was friendly enough. He very quickly inspected the outside of refrigerator and found a lot of dust and fizz on the back. He charged me $339 to vacuum it out (with my vacuum). This took around twenty minutes. He said multiple times that he was “9 out of 10” that that would fix it. He did no other work or inspection of the compressor or fan. The service was excellent, straight forward and complete. Domingo appreciated when I asked if he was quiet so the dogs wouldn't wake up and bark. Both technicians were professional and I appreciate their work. Thank you!!
