Service never showed . Kept me waiting all day with online suggesting he was? Calls at 5:25 to tell me supervisor is calling choice to tell them it’s a broken wire and can’t be fixed. How does he know that if no one came?
The technician arrived on time to do the repair. He was nice and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable. Hopefully this will fix the problem I have had with my refrigerator/freezer. And my refrigerator will run efficiently.
The service was ok, but for some reason I was charged diagnostic fee while I have the sears home service plan. This is not what I expected.
The Technician was very skilled and had a groovy swagger.
