My tech Domingo was excellent. Knowledgable and efficient. My only complaint and frustration was with Sears and their online communication system. They kept rescheduling my return appt saying the part ordered had not come in when in fact I had received the part. My attempts to contact someone to let them know I had indeed received the part was frustrating as I was continually referred to bot chats that were totally useless.Finally I found an actual phone number and talked to a real live person.
