Jose is fantastic. Keeps you informed and seems to care about addressing your issue. Much more than I can say about Choice home warranty. They’re terrible and seem to care less. You also can’t get anyone on the phone from Sears and two weeks later I still have no air conditioning. Choice says the problem is with Sears.
The technician came out and wouldn't use his ladder to get up on our roof and check his theory that it is the blower that is not working. Unbelievable!! I was VERY unhappy because now we will have to wait at least another 2 days to get another company out to diagnose/fix.
