Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.
The technician Victor was very good. The Sears software however has some bugs. I couldn't go in to change the unit number. I also could not press "1" to confirm my appointment. I tried to go into the chat room but kept being directed in circles. Would not allow me to just make a comment and state my issues. But as I said, the technician I had no problem with. He was very helpful, patient and forthright. I give him 5 stars, but the Sears software about 2 stars. I had so much trouble setting up the warranty and ended up with 1... read more
