The Service rep diagnosed my repair incorrectly. He quoted me a price of $800 for the repair stating that it was 2 parts that needed to be replaced. He told me and showed me the parts to be replaced. He quoted me 250 + 150 for parts and $400 for his labor. He suggested that I not do the repair because it was too much to spend on a 10-yr old machine. Technician. Came and installed the parts that were ordered but washer is not working. Need technician to come back and fix washer again.
I can’t say enough about my experience. Keshawn was amazing. His knowledge is obvious and he was very patient with my questions. Remained willing to explain the issues and solutions to me.
