Our technician was wonderful! This is a post about the company labor cost only! I am upset that a 40 minute job cost $369 in labor. The only way to save $200 was to apply for a credit card which I couldn’t get. I feel taken advantage of on labor. I wish I went with a local company that would have cost me less in labor. I don’t recommend using Sears because they take advantage of people! Update! I found out that my part was $93 and was charged $192 for the part. I’m furious that they rip people off! AVOID completely!!!
