The tech was great!!! Fast, efficient and on time!!
This review concerns a service visit scheduled under my Protection Agreement. The technician was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He disconnected the dryer vent hose, refused to complete troubleshooting, and left the dryer disconnected and unusable. He cited dirt behind the dryer as his reason for leaving. We asked him to wait briefly so we could clean the area, but he refused and left anyway. The washer rubber wasn’t installed well and caused smoke come out. Nobody showed up after getting job fixing scheduler.
