Would give no stars if I could. Tech seemed annoyed from the first minute. Kept mispronouncing the dishwasher brand. Not a good sign. Finally came and said “ I can’t order the valve I think it needs. It may just be frozen. But let me show you how to get it out from under the counter.” Like WE were gonna fix it??? (It was during historic cold weather ) Told us to call the appliance store. Liam our tech was great! Excellent communication, efficient, and on time.
David went above and beyond, fixed multiple issues and identified where previous repairs had possibly fallen short. Unfortunately, two hours later we were back to having a nonfunctional refrigerator/freezer. I also had to pay $129 to have him come, despite this being the same issue (see image below). I've had multiple visits over three months and no repair has worked. I got an email stating my fridge was being recalled.
