Jose was very nice. However, my freezer still does not work.
Careful diagnostic and clear communication and problem solving. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!
Quickly fixed the problem and was on his way. Explained what he was doing and showed me the problem
Exceptional service from Liam. My only complaint was the price of the service. I was able to get a reasonable price opening a credit card which gave me a statement credit.
