Rubin was fantastic. He was training Miguel, who was also great. They were very nice and Rubin had an excellent handle on diagnosing the issue before they even confirmed it was what he thought. They stayed long enough to be sure there were no other issues. I haven’t been this impressed with “customer service” since at least pre-2020. Thank you!
SCAM ALERT!! They sent the dumbest “repairman” who just kept raising the quote on the repair until I agreed it was too much. Then, when I declined, he demanded payment of the call fee. I questioned the part quotes he game me based on the official GE part site. And he just kept adding parts with NO ability to explain why or what the diagnosis was (I never got one). He had NO clue! He had no tools other than a flashlight. And I did more to work out a diagnosis then he did. He just kept increasing the charge until I reached my ... read more
Horrible phone service! All AI . No real people to talk to. No way to resolve issues. In person tech was good but can’t make up for the god awful experience I had on the phone!
Joe was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what the issue was with my washer. He ordered my part and came back for the repair. I love the flexibility of their scheduling.
Rubin was friendly, helpful, and quick!
