Do NOT go to this company. I had them come out and they told me if I had them do the repair that the service fee of 126.00 would be waived. On a Samsung front load dryer, for an idler pulley that I needed they wanted to charge me 500.00 for the repair. Mind you, the part is 15.00 on Amazon. In the charge of 500.00 they should be an invoice that Samsung fee is 200.00. What a joke!! I can buy a new dryer for that price.
