Nobody ever showed up and we took off work just for that !
I have been waiting for someone to come fix my dryer but no one has showed up. My appointment keeps getting rescheduled since may and today someone was supposed to come by and no one showed up (again for like the millionth time). Then I receive a message not too long ago talking about "Thank you for using Sears Home Services. Please rate your technician on a scale of 1 to 5" what?! No one even showed up or called. This is absurd.
No one has came to fix my washer. Been waiting all day. Dogs locked and and no show.
I did not get a call and our camera does not show anyone dropping by. Yet the technician marked task as completed. This is dishonest.
You guys have rescheduled four times and still nobody has showed up
