Ralph was very pleasant to have look at our machine, very thorough and explained everything to me as he went through diagnostics.
The technician damaged my dryer. We had had a technician come in prior that had ordered the parts. This other guy came in, trying to put it on damaged my dryer, and then said that the item they received was damaged if the item that was received was damaged it was because he damaged it because there was nothing wrong with the box. This guy has not a clue what he’s doing and now he’s saying that it is not covered under my warranty. Somebody needs to be liable for the damage that is now onto my Dryer.
